Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kordravo website and the Kordravo field-service platform (the "Service"), provided by [COMPANY] ("Kordravo," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating law; infringing others' rights; sending unlawful or unconsented messages; attempting to breach security; or reselling the Service without permission.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you and your users submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the Customer Data you process—including end-customer contact details used for SMS/email and any consent required by law (e.g. messaging/telemarketing rules).

4. Early access & beta

Early-access and pilot features are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued. Pilot terms (including any free-use arrangement) may be set out in a separate pilot agreement, which controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at purchase, including any usage-based overages. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on notice for future billing periods.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Maps, messaging providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy and any agreement between us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
