1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the early-access list; account details, company name, and billing information if you become a customer.
- Customer & field data you process in Kordravo. Jobs, customers, addresses, scheduling, photos, forms, and location data your business enters or captures. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
- Usage & device data. Pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser/device type, and product analytics events, collected to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To respond to early-access requests and contact you about the product.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (for paying customers).
- To send service, security, and—where permitted—marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Kordravo (e.g. hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, error monitoring), under contracts that limit their use; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. These providers may include processors such as our cloud host, Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), an email provider, and product-analytics/error tools.
4. Data retention
We keep early-access emails until you ask us to remove them or we close the list. Customer account and field data is retained for the life of the account and deleted or returned per your agreement after termination.
5. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, emailhello@kordravo.com.
7. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
